WHAT IS UFC FIGHT PASS?
UFC FIGHT PASS is a digital subscription service which gives fans access to exclusive live UFC events and fights, exclusive live MMA and combat sports events from around the world, exclusive original and behind the scenes content and unprecedented 24-7 access to the world’s biggest fight library.


FIGHT PASS can be accessed on your TV via your favorite streaming devices, on mobile devices and any personal computer.

IS FIGHT PASS LIKE NETFLIX?
Some fans and media have called FIGHT PASS “Netflix for fight fans” and there are similarities between FIGHT PASS and other OTT content providers like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or HBO NOW.

Like those other content providers, FIGHT PASS offers 24/7 on-demand access to a vast library of content. However, FIGHT PASS also offers a huge amount of live content, too.

WHAT LIVE UFC ACTION IS ON FIGHT PASS?
FIGHT PASS delivers exclusive live UFC events you will not see anywhere else. UFC stars including Anderson Silva, Conor McGregor, Miesha Tate, Luke Rockhold, Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Michael Bisping have all competed in exclusive live fights which you could only see on FIGHT PASS.

WHAT ARE THE UFC FIGHT PASS PRELIMS?
UFC FIGHT PASS Prelims are the opening fights from a live UFC event. Every UFC card, including Pay-Per-View super-cards and televised UFC FIGHT NIGHT events, begins with several fights that are exclusively live on FIGHT PASS.

These UFC FIGHT PASS Prelims have already featured fighters like Diego Sanchez, Ross Pearson, Jim Miller, Dustin Poirier and Joe Duffy in 2016.

HOW BIG IS THE FIGHT PASS LIBRARY OF HISTORICAL FIGHTS AND SHOWS?
FIGHT PASS is also home to the world’s largest fight library, and offers immediate access to an ever-growing archive of historical fights from over 25 different MMA and combat sports organizations.

There are already over 10,000 fights available on-demand from the archives of UFC, Strikeforce, PRIDE FC, WEC, Affliction, EliteXC, WFA, Invicta FC, Pancrase, King of the Cage, Cage Rage, Extreme Challenge, XFO, UCMMA, Hook N Shoot, TKO, King of the Cage, IVC, IMMAF, Shooto Brazil, Tuff-N-Uff , EFN, GLORY and EBI – with 100s of new fights added every month.

By the end of 2016, the FIGHT PASS library will include over 15,000 fights, representing the entire history and development of the sport from every part of the world.

HOW SOON DO RECENT UFC FIGHT NIGHT EVENTS –BROADCAST LIVE ON US TELEVISION –GET ADDED TO THE FIGHT PASS LIBRARY?
UFC FIGHT NIGHT events which air on US broadcast and cable television are added to the UFC FIGHT PASS library 30 days after the original airdate.

DOES MY FIGHT PASS SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE LIVE UFC PAY-PER-VIEW EVENTS?
No, live Pay-Per-View events are sold on a standalone basis on UFC.tv. These events become part of the vast FIGHT PASS library approximately one month later. See the most recent full event replays inside of UFC FIGHT PASS at Event Replays

WHAT GLORY CONTENT DOES FIGHT PASS OFFER?
Live Content and New Fights:
UFC FIGHT PASS steams GLORY SuperFight Series live and exclusively. The only blackout restrictions for live streams are in New Zealand and Japan (where there is a 30-day holdback).

As soon as a GLORY SuperFight Series event is finished, it is added to the vast FIGHT PASS Fight Library and is thereafter available on replay, 24/7.

Archived Content:
As part of its agreement with GLORY, in addition to being the home of the GLORY SuperFight Series, FIGHT PASS has acquired the rights to the largest kickboxing archive in the world.

In the coming months, many 100s of the most exciting kickboxing bouts – not just from GLORY but other major promotions – will be added to the vast FIGHT PASS Fight Library.

WHAT CURRENT UFC ACTION IS AVAILABLE TO UK/EIRE FANS ON FIGHT PASS?
If you live in the UK or Republic of Ireland, this is how you can enjoy current UFC action on UFC FIGHT PASS.

1) The UFC FIGHT PASS Prelims are exclusively live UFC events begin with a series of bouts live and exclusive to UFC FIGHT PASS. This includes the popular Featured Bout - which showcases the biggest names and most exciting emerging talents.

2) The UFC Prelims are live on UFC FIGHT PASS Effective immediately, the Preliminary bouts are available live to UK-based UFC FIGHT PASS subscribers.

3) UFC Main Cards –available just 48 hours after the event The main cards of every UFC event – including numbers events who are broadcast in the US on Pay-Per-View - will now be available, on-demand, just two days after the show takes place.


All UFC main cards will be live on BT Sport.

HOW TO CANCEL OR RESUME MY UFC FIGHT PASS SUBSCRIPTION?
UFC.TV (Web): Login to your account at UFC.TV and hover over your name in the top right corner. Then, click ‘Account Info’. Scroll down to where it says ‘Packages & Purchases’ and click the Cancel link next to any applicable subscription.
iPhone/iPad App: Go to Settings-- ITunes & app Store, Tap on View Apple ID, In the Subscriptions, Tap on Manage button, You will see your subscription to cancel. You can contact iTunes to request a refund through the page located at https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action. You need to select iTunes then iTunes Store. From there click on Purchases, Billing & Redemption and select Apple ID account billing. Then follow the prompts to set up a call to speak with them. Android App: Go to payments.google.com. Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts. Select the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel subscription. IF I BUY A UFC FIGHT PASS SUBSCRIPTION OR PAY-PER-VIEW ON ONE DEVICE, CAN I VIEW THE VIDEOS ON OTHER DEVICES?
Yes. After a UFC FIGHT PASS subscription or PAY-PER-VIEW has been purchased on one device, the content will become viewable on other devices by signing-in with your UFC.TV account on the respective device you purchases the content. Once you’ve chosen the device you would like to view the broadcast, login to your UFC.TV account on that device in order to authenticate with your UFC.TV account.

How do I change my account information? Forgot Your Password or unlock an account?
Log in then click the "My Account" tab. From that page you will see three tabs at the top of your screen. Click the appropriate tab to:

Update Account Information
Update Billing Information
Change Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to unlock your account, upon log-in on the right half of the screen, click the link that says "Forgot your username or password?" You will be taken to a screen that asks for your e-mail address. Enter your valid e-mail address associated with your UFC.TV account and you will receive an e-mail with your username and password.

WHY AM I SEEING A MESSAGE THAT MY PAYMENT METHOD IS NOT BEING ACCEPTED?
UFC.TV was unable to collect a payment because the card issuer or financial institution rejected the monthly charge. Please go to UFC.TV/Account/Billing to update or change your payment method. We will immediately verify the new information, and if approved by your issuer, you can continue enjoying pay-per-view or UFC Fight Pass again.

How do I subscribe to Fight Pass on Xbox 360?
Go to UFC.TV/XBOX on your computer or mobile device to begin your subscription. Once you have subscribed to UFC FIGHT PASS, go to the UFC.TV application on your Xbox 360, go to SETTINGS, and login with your UFC.TV email address and password which will authenticate your subscription to be accessible on Xbox 360 from that point forward.

If I purchase a pay-per-view or Fight Pass on UFC.TV or another UFC.TV supported device, can I watch it on Xbox 360?
Yes. Go to SETTINGS within the UFC.TV application and login with your UFC.TV email address and password. Once logged-in, your purchases on UFC.TV and other supported devices be authenticated and immediately become available within the UFC.TV application on Xbox 360.

If I purchase a pay-per-view on Xbox 360, can I watch it on other UFC.TV supported devices?
Yes. You must first be logged-in to your UFC.TV account within the UFC.TV application on Xbox 360 before you make the purchase of the pay-per-view in order for it to be able to be authenticated across other UFC.TV supported devices.
