Brian FosterTraining: A day for me starts out with a 6:30- 2 mile run, then a quick bite to eat before I head to the gym @ 9-11 for conditioning with Hughes. After a hardy lunch and short NAP it’s back to the gym @ 2 for weight training with Todd Laux and then technique with our Thai coach @ 3. Then another short rest before our pro classes, that could be either wrestling, grappling, or sparring depending on the day of the week. I finish the day off with a great meal and a protein shake before bed.
