Chad ReinerTRAINING: Lifting weights and sprints in the morning and then we do a couple hours of technique....in the evenings its Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling and Jiu-jitsu depending on the day. I’ve been eating right and doing yoga a couple times a week for relaxation and flexibility. Thoughts on opponent, Steve Bruno? Don't know much about Steve Bruno. Heard he is a tough guy that trains with American Top Team. I heard he has good hands and good jiu-jitsu. I’m looking forward to putting on a great show.
