TRAINING: Training the mind and pushing limits daily. Mon and Fri - Wrestling in the AM, conditioning in the evening, along with yoga. Tues and Thur - boxing in the AM. Jiu-jitsu at noon and weight training in the evenings. Wed - kick boxing in the AM and women's cardio class at the YMCA in evenings.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Nov 2009. I love to compete, and losing isn't my thing.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Fighting in the UFC has been my goal since Day One.
