Kyle KingsburyTRAINING: A typical day of training starts with a good breakfast, then training noon-2, post-workout meal, treatment/ rehab, training 6-8, dinner and a movie, bed time at 10:30pm.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training for fighting when I was 24 after my football career was over because I needed to challenge myself and I wanted to hit again. It is the pinnacle of MMA and the very highest level of the sport. It means testing myself against the very best in the world on the very highest platform.
