Training: Wake up at 5:30, breakfast, running. First training session at 9:30 and I stay at the gym until around 1 pm. Go home, have some rest and back to gym at 6pm until around 8pm. Go to sleep early to let my body heal.
 
When and why did you start training for fighting? 10 years ago. I was looking for new challenges and I joined a newly formed BJJ team in my city, which we all helped to grow into the best BJJ/MMA team in Poland and Europe.
 
What ranks and titles have you held? BJJ purple belt, Muay Thai National Champion, multiple BJJ/submission wrestling and Muay Thai competition medalist.
 
Do you have any heroes? My coach Piotr Baginski for his honesty, training ethic, and dedication to his students.
 
What is your favorite technique? I don't discriminate , I love them all :)
 
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Sociology of human behavior
 
What was your job before you started fighting? I am a firefighter.
