TRAINING: Cardio and lifting in the morning, MMA training in the early evening and a late night run. 6 days a week
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in 2001 and did it because I have always been competitive. It's a way to relax and get some tension out.
What ranks and titles have you held? I am the current Rage in the Cage champion and also won the King of the Cage Gladiator championship in the past. Two-time college wrestling All-American for Northern Colorado.
Do you have any heroes? My boys- Christian and Brayden Lucas
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It was my dream and the reason I compete in this sport.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Northern Colorado - BA in Communication.
What was your job before you started fighting? National sales manager for VHA/Eureka revenue, a prepaid wireless company.
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? The titles I've won and defending my Rage in the Cage title successfully nine times.
Favorite grappling technique: all of them!
