TRAINING: Morning run or jump rope. Meditation. Afternoon strength or conditioning. Night grappling and sparring.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training at a young age, around 15 years old. Martial arts were always an outlet for me and one thing I've been passionate about my entire life.
What titles have you held? Cage Titans Pro Middleweight Champion.
Do you have any heroes? Muhammad Ali, American War heroes from all eras.
What would it mean to you to make it to the UFC? I feel blessed and will take full advantage of the opportunity that has been presented.
What was your job before you started fighting? Army Ranger, Personal trainer, landscaper, bouncer.
Favorite grappling technique: Ground and pound. Elbows to the dome.
