Fitch Remains on UFC 111 Card to Face Saunders

Welterweight contender Jon Fitch will fight on Saturday night, as it has been announced that he will take on Ben Saunders on the UFC 111 card at Newark, New Jersey’s Prudential Center.

Fitch was originally scheduled to face Thiago Alves before Alves was scratched from the card due to medical licensing issues. Saunders will no longer face his original UFC 111 opponent, Jake Ellenberger.
