STRAWWEIGHTS
Amanda Bobby Cooper (1-1): Lost in only Invicta appearance. Won in first minute via arm bar. Watch the fight
Lanchana Green (0-1): Lost first round but came back in 2nd to earn TKO. Got Cummins in clinch and threw flurry of knees before elbow-punch combo drew the stoppage.
Jamie Moyle (3-1, all in Invicta): Beat JJ Aldrich in Invicta. Got taken down hard but switched position and earned a RNC. Watch the fight
Helen Harper (4-1): Kept taking the back and getting good position. Eventually earned armbar win. Watch the fight
Tatiana Suarez (3-0): Tall strawweight with good punch and uses her reach well. Also had a lot of takedowns and avoided good combos. Watch the fight
Kate Jackson (7-2): Lost to Joanna in PLMMA (Polish Liga). Took fight to ground and had control and position for all of both rounds. TKO at end of 2nd with full mount. Watch the fight
Ashley Yoder (4-1): Won by decision after one of best fights of the day. Crying after win. Had big size advantage but took damage and answered well. Survived plenty of barrages. Watch the fight
JJ Aldrich (2-1): Great technique, well-rounded striker. Got a mount in 2nd and did lot of damage – maybe most of the day. Watch the fight
LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHTS
Cory Hendricks (3-0): Had a big fan base at gym. Good leg kicks but kept getting taken down. Flipped position twice while on ground. Won sudden death round. Watch the fight
Abdel Medjedoub (3-0): Trains at Tristar. Wins unanimous. Good ground and pound and takedowns. Active early with very aggressive punches. Watch the fight
Elias Urbina (2-0): Fatigue was a big issue. Hands on knees during fight. Good high kick-punch combo. Won sudden death round after doing lot of damage from on-top position. Watch the fight
Eric Spicely (8-0): Earned RNC within 30 seconds of first round. Watch the fight
Myron Dennis (11-4): Lost to Corey Anderson in five-round decision in XFL. Taken down multiple times early and responded from aggressive punches. Knocked out Jones against fence with great counter-combo – very strong. Watch the fight
Joshua Stansbury (7-2): 7-fight win streak. Former heavyweight. Both fighters fell and he responded with aggressive flurry, mounted and finished with a keylock. Watch the fight
Khalil Rountree (4-0): Lost first round after being controlled on ground and almost submitted. Gave a nasty high kick and upper cut combo to knock down opponent. Then huge leg kick to body and hammer fist – biggest KO of day. Watch the fight
Andrew Sanchez (7-2): Lost to Kevin Casey in RFA. Avoided take downs well. Used leg kicks to keep distance. Did damage in top control for most of fight. Avoided big shots. Watch the fight
