Out of Iceland comes Gunnar Nelson: unusual, into the mystic arts, swimming in freezing lakes and studying Eastern fighting philosophy, but having been "discovered" by accident by Renzo Gracie, the MMA coach and Brazilian jiu-jitsu legend has insisted Nelson has 'genius' within him and will become UFC welterweight champion.
