Training: : I train hard two times a day and each day is different.  I train to win so it’s been a fun camp.

Thoughts on opponent, Dominick Cruz? He is a tough kid and has done well defending the belt.  I'm coming for him and the belt and to make him hurt. I have respect for him as a person but I will be demanding the respect in the cage. 

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training MMA because I love it. It gives me a chance to make a living doing something I have always loved to do.  Competition is the greatest motivator for me and to get paid for it, that is rad.

What ranks and titles have you held? I hold the ROF title at 145 

Do you have any heroes? I have many people who have helped mold me into the Fighter/Father I am today. I thank them all, especially my father. 

What is your favorite technique?  I enjoy takedowns and dirty boxing, both on my feet and on the ground, but I will take victory no matter how I secure it.  I’m going to find a way to win.

Did you go to college? I earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology. 

Did you compete in any other sports? I wrestled for Boise State University from 02 to 06.
